It began in the golden wheat fields of the Levant, where our great-grandfather practiced the ancient art of stone-milling. He believed that every grain carried a memory of the earth.

Decades later, our family traveled to the cobblestone streets of Paris. There, we learned the secrets of the levain—how time and a gentle touch could transform simple flour.

The Flour Garden is the harvest of that journey, blending ancestral wisdom with modern technique.
